Meet the Team

I always knew I wanted to become an accountant from when my dad first went self employed while I was at Secondary school. 

I was fortunate enough to get a job straight from school and trained with Rawlinson & Hunter for three years. I then moved jobs to a smaller practice in Wimbledon for 5 years before joining Hilton Sharp & Clarke now Galloways Accounting in Haywards Heath, where I spent a further 9 years.

In 2020 I went off alone to start my passion of running my own practice, March 2020 covid hit however this didn’t slow things down and since then we have grown to a small team and continue to expand the business. 

Being a business myself I live and breathe the challenges your business may face, I’ll always lend a sympathetic ear and enjoy helping clients solve problems. 

A passion of mine is seeing sole traders develop into Limited Companies, take on staff, get their dream home and watching them grow. I have great pride in my client network and value each client I have.

Originally from Cheam in Surrey, I moved to West Sussex in 2013 after marrying my wife and now live in Haywards Heath. 

I have three boys two step sons and one of my own, two Siberian cats and I enjoy travel and exploring new places. Quite often you’ll find me at Goodwood motor circuit getting in some laps. 

Kathryn keeps Digivolve’s daily operations running smoothly and leads the staff growth programme, helping recruit the right people as the business grows.

Angie supports Digivolve clients with their personal tax returns.

Lorna supports Digivolve’s limited company clients with their annual accounts.

Jade supports clients with their personal tax returns.

Dylan oversees Digivolve’s VAT portfolio and supports clients with personal tax returns while continuing his Level 4 AAT apprenticeship.

Jo keeps clients’ bookkeeping and accounting records up to date.

Amy supports clients with their bookkeeping while completing an AAT bookkeeping course and developing her practical experience across Digivolve’s client portfolio.

Chloe supports client administration and manages Digivolve’s client payrolls.

Laura keeps Digivolve’s systems and client administration up to date while supporting Matthew with client queries.

Nicky supports client onboarding and credit control while helping the wider Digivolve team.

Conor supports limited company clients with their year-end accounts.

Aaron combines practical office experience at Digivolve with his first year of apprenticeship study at college.

Henry combines practical office experience at Digivolve with his first year of apprenticeship study at college.

Oliver is developing his practical accountancy experience with Digivolve while studying towards his AAT qualification.

Joe is developing his practical accountancy experience with Digivolve while studying towards his AAT qualification.

Michelle looks after Digivolve’s HR and also supports clients with internal HR matters, including employment contracts where required.
